All4ONE Coaching Groups

I love working with small groups.  All4ONE is the model I’ve been using since 2005 and it has matured into a simple, powerful experience. 

All4ONE is a year long group of 4 to 6 people who are committed to their own success AND the success of every other person in the group.  Each month we meet for at least 2 hours as a group and each individual has 1 hour of private coaching with me.  There tends to be quite a bit of group interaction inbetween sessions.  Each group develops its own personality as it discovers how to meet the needs of each and every pariticipant.

 The Fan Club Retreat

The success of All4ONE depends on the connection that is created amongst participants. It is critical that each person be a true fan of all the members.  That is why attending the Fan Club Retreat is a prerequisite for being part of a group. 

The two and a half day retreat is organized around a process that is both deceptively simple and deliciously sophisticated. We call it the Fan Club game. It's a game that happens formally in exercises,inquiries, and coaching...and also informally at breakfast, on walks, and in late night talks.

In the game you will give people a chance to know who you truly are and what you really have to offer.  You'll learn the steps to developing and adding to your own personal Fan Club. And perhaps most importantly, you learn to use the Fan Club so that both you and your fans experience the joys of generosity, care, and connection.

These are some of the basic principles that All4ONE is based on and that we utilize in the full year coaching program.  If the Fan Club approach does not appeal to you, then chances are, the full year program won't either.

Retreat cost of $295 includes accommodations and most meals.
